I’m Shawn, the founder of Arboreal Gargoyles. As a professional arborist with a lifelong fascination for climbing, trees, and the natural world, I was naturally drawn to gargoyle geckos – magical little creatures that seem perfectly at home among branches, leaves, and hidden woodland spaces.

I raise my geckos in thoughtfully arranged, naturalistic enclosures filled with living plants, climbing structures, and places to hide, explore, and feel secure. Watching each gecko develop – from changing colors and distinctive markings to its own personality – is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Every gecko in my care is treated as an individual and given a name of its own. Some are bold adventurers, while others are quiet, watchful forest guardians. I enjoy discovering what makes each one special and sharing the wonder of these enchanting creatures of the canopy with others.

My goal is simple: to raise healthy, well-cared-for geckos and help more people experience their beauty, character, and unmistakable touch of magic.
